Refund and Return Policy
At The Levering, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns and refunds work on our multi-vendor marketplace operated by RAZATEC BV.
1. Marketplace model
The Levering is a platform connecting customers with independent sellers. The seller of each product is responsible for fulfilment. RAZATEC BV facilitates the order process and customer support.
2. Right of withdrawal (Belgium / EU consumers)
Unless an exception applies by law, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or not as described.
3. Return window on The Levering
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law, eligible return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery via your account or by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
4. How to request a return or refund

- Include your order number, product name, and reason for the request
- Wait for return instructions before sending items back (unless defective on arrival)
5. Eligible items
- Unused items in original packaging where possible
- Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described
- Items not excluded by law (e.g. sealed hygiene products opened after delivery, personalised goods)
6. Refund processing
After the seller receives and inspects the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Non-delivery or damaged orders
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your order did not arrive or arrived damaged. We will work with the seller and carrier to resolve the issue.
